tacoma Power

Western Spyders is distinguished by their fusion of classic power rock styles and raw punk attitudes contained by pop structures.

Justin Dismore - Lead guitar, Lead vocals:  Left handed, upside down, and full of gritty riffs... telling stories.  Laying down familiar feeling chords and dissonant melodies over a solid back-bone.  No angel's voice here, favorite singers are Tom Waits, John Cougar Mellencamp, Bob Seager, and David Byrne.

Dennis Meyer - Low-end extraordinaire, not impinged by a missing finger... scales and modes for days.  Some have commented on the witch-like telepathic chemistry he has on stage with the rest of the band.

Cody Toal - This long-time Seattle guitarist can enhance any song by any writer. His past bands include Scattergun and Noxious Weed Inspector. His spacial awareness and sonic palette offer the perfect headroom for the Spyders.

Rob Robbins - Drummer for the famous PNW band Mercury Rising and our newest Drummer Friend. Dallas metal-head who knows how to hit hard and deliver the flurries! Welcome to the Spyders, Robb! Your style is a great fusion!

Jesse Wickman - short lived… But Fun!!! Former (and current) drummer of Nuisance, the famous California punk band… We played two amazing shows with Jesse and all his cymbals got stolen! His style is hit hard, with LOTS of style points added in. Love you, brother!! Come back any time and play more!!!

Frank Cilantro - Drums. Hard hitting and intricate beats emanate from Frank’s fiery old kit. Lucky to be alive, he’s decided to sit with Western Spyders for a spell. Hard hitting and hard working.

Gregg Sattler - Drums. Just about the closest you'll ever get to meeting "Animal", from the muppets, this guy's grooves and beats are always on-time and in the pocket.  What do you expect when you come from a family of musicians and recording engineers.
